Can I shop without becoming a member on MARKT?
You may view and add products to the shopping cart as a Guest. However, to purchase products, you need to be a registered member to complete the order and make payment.

How much is the postage fee?
We charge RM 6.90 (Peninsular Malaysia) / RM 15.00 (East Malaysia - Sabah, Sarawak) for a single consignee. We will then bear the balance of shipping fees, 35% petrol and shipping fee surcharge by the Malaysian government.

Am I eligible for Free Delivery?
To enjoy FREE delivery, minimum purchase in a single order is RM 50 (Peninsular Malaysia) / RM 150 (East Malaysia).

Which courier services will be used to deliver my order(s)?
Your parcels are delivered using the following courier services: GDEX/Poslaju/Skynet/Nationwide

Do you ship globally?
We are looking to expand in the near future. Currently, we only ship to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

How do I make payment?
All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), via iPay88 payment gateway which accept credit cards and online banking features. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously. Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to iPay88 payment gateway payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the iPay88 popup page to secure your order. All orders will automatically be deemed void if you leave the iPay88 popup page.

Can I change the shipping address for my order which has been paid?
You are unable to make any adjustments to your addresses once the order is being processed. If you need to amend your order, please contact 012 644 9885 or

Can I self-collect my parcel?
Yes. Upon check out, select ‘Local Pickup’. You will have to collect your parcel at markt Oce:

When will I receive my parcel?
You may track your parcel here. You will receive your parcel within 3 to 14 working days.

My shipment is delayed. What should I do?
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that MARKT does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels may suer delays beyond our control. However, rest assured that we are on your side and will help in any way we can. Please bear with us as we could not full the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.
